At the October 2 general meeting, the Nominating Committee (Malcolm McCorquodale, chair; Kar Chong; and Derek Lowenstein) announced the officer candidates for 2026, as follows:
- President: Sarah Bentley
- VP Shows: Jean Schwenke
- VP Speakers: Daria Souvorova
- VP Membership: Ken Whitmire
- Recording Secretary: Donna Diggons
- Treasurer: Winnie Yap
- Past President: Don Ghiz

Voting
Nominations may be taken from the floor at the next general meeting on November 6. If nominations are taken from the floor, they will be voted on by secret ballot. Otherwise, the slate as listed above will be voted on by acclamation. Newly elected officers will be installed as the last order of business at the December meeting and assume their duties immediately.
