Dear Houston Orchid Society members,
As always, our show at Memorial City Mall on March 9–10 was a huge hit with the public and attracted a large number of visitors to the mall. The plant vendors often had 4 to 5 folks deep at their tables, and we had a large number of visitors at our HOS table asking about the organization and getting advice on how to grow their orchids. The show is one of our most important events, and all efforts toward making it a great success are truly appreciated.
Whatever your part in the show—as a volunteer, a vendor, a judge, or an exhibitor—it takes everyone doing some small (and a few larger) parts to make it all come together.
Holly and I offer our sincerest gratitude to everyone who helped make our show in early March a big success. Thank you one and all for your contributions!
