Your judging center met on August 17 and voted on some personnel actions: Brent Arnspiger was promoted to Associate Judge, Daria Souvorova was approved to become a student judge, and Don Maples’s status was changed to Senior Judge. Congratulations to all.

I invite those interested in learning more about judging to visit us at our next meeting on September 21. The requirements for becoming a judge have changed, and depending on experience, it is possible to become an accredited judge in just a few years. It does require some travel and time commitment, but the view is worth the climb. We are always interested in helping you learn to become an AOS judge.
